目的:研究裙带菜多糖及其纯化产品的抗氧化活性。方法:采用超氧阴离子自由基体系、羟基自由基体系、烷基自由基引发的亚油酸氧化体系、二苯代苦味肼基自由基体系,对裙带菜多糖的抗氧化活性进行了研究,并同维生素C进行了比较。结果:裙带菜多糖对这几种自由基均有不同程度的清除作用,其对超氧阴离子、羟基自由基、烷基自由基有较强的清除能力;清除二苯代苦味肼基自由基能力较弱。结论:裙带菜多糖具有较强的抗氧化活性。
Objective: To study the antioxidant activity of polysaccharides from Undaria pinnatifida and its purified products. Methods: The antioxidant activity of polysaccharides from Undaria pinnatifida was studied by using superoxide anion free radical system, hydroxyl free radical system, linoleic acid oxidation system initiated by alkyl radical and dibenzyl bitterness hydrazine free radical system. Compared with vitamin C. Results: The polysaccharides of Undaria pinnatifida were scavenging to these kinds of free radicals to some extent, which had a strong ability of scavenging superoxide anion, hydroxyl radical and alkyl radical. Weaker. Conclusion: Undaria pinnatifida polysaccharide has strong antioxidant activity.
