硬壳层具有特殊工程的特性和利用价值,对于在饱和软弱地基上的低填路堤具有重要的意义。在一些无或非常薄硬壳层的地基,可采用冲压动力固结“制造”一定厚度的硬壳层来满足道路设计的需求。试验过程中,通过对超孔隙水压力的监测分析提出了最佳冲压施工参数和合理间歇周期。冲压处理后检测:标准贯入试验、干密度指标、压缩模量指标、前期固结压力试验,冲压处理在地基浅层形成了超固结的硬壳层,达到了预期的处理效果。通过试验为工程提供了合理的施工方法和施工工艺,为展开大面积施工提供保证。
