N-亚硝基化合物是目前已知的一类较强的化学致癌物。自从1956年Magee等用二甲基亚硝胺(DMNA)诱发了大鼠肝脏肿瘤后,大量研究表明大多数N-亚硝基化合物可以诱发动物肿瘤。Montesano等总结了79种亚硝胺和23种亚硝酰胺对大鼠的致癌作用(见表1),大约80%的亚硝胺和几乎全部的亚硝酰胺都能致癌。
N-nitroso compounds are currently known as a class of strong chemical carcinogens. Numerous studies have shown that most N-nitroso compounds can induce tumor in animals since Magee et al. Induced dimethylnitrosamine (DMNA) -based hepatic tumors in 1956. Montesano et al. Summarized the oncogenic effects of 79 nitrosamines and 23 nitrosamines on rats (see Table 1). About 80% of nitrosamines and almost all nitrosamines are carcinogenic.
