To study the effects of simvastatin on inflammatory injury mediated by TLR4 in intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) rats.The ICH was induced by injection of autologous blood in rats.The rats were randomly divided into sham group, ICH model group and simvastatin treatment group.The behavioral changes were detected with neurologic deficit score.
