Aim: Referring to the relation between hypertension and long-term high-purine diet, we established the hypertension model mice by feeding with high-purine food, which is similar to human diseases.Methods: ICR mice were divided into 2 groups according to their blood pressure.The first group were fed with highpurine food (yeast extract and adenine were mixed in a certain ratio) and normal tap water.
