Objective: To investigate the effect of Mipu1 on Bax expression and apoptosis in cardiomyocytes. Methods: The Mipu1 protein was isolated and purified, and its binding to bax promoter was observed in vitro. ChIP was used to detect the intracellular binding of Mipu1 and bax promoters. The reporter gene was used to observe the effect of Mipu1 on bax promoter activity.
