目的 评价健康体检人群中常规进行胸部普通X线检查或者胸部CT的临床和卫生经济学意义.方法 统计解放军总医院体检中心2005年10月至2014年2月，健康体检人群中常规进行胸部普通X线检查或者胸部CT的结果，采用SPSS 19.0软件分析阳性发现率及相关费用.
体检人群选择胸部CT平扫优于普通胸片
