《国家基本药物目录》颁布实施以来,各地开始逐步推行基本药物目录和集中采购制度,但在实施过程中,因为数据和经验的缺乏难免出现执行政策的偏差。文章通过分析试点城市开展基本药物制度3年来积累的数据和经验,提出执行国家基本药物制度过程中需要注意的问题和政策建议。
Since the promulgation and implementation of the “Catalog of Essential Medicines in the People’s Republic of China”, the implementation of the basic medicines list and the centralized purchasing system has been gradually started in all parts of the country. However, due to the lack of data and experience, the implementation of policies is inevitable. By analyzing the data and experience accumulated in the pilot cities during the three years of carrying out the basic drug system, the article put forward the problems and policy suggestions that should be paid attention to during the implementation of the national essential drug system.
