Objective To investigate the influences of further management on gestational diabetes mellitus during pregnancy to the maternal and fetus, based on 128 gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM)cases pregnant women clinical data analysis.Methods A retrospective analyse was adopted for 128 cases clinical data of pregnant women who conducted prenatal examinations and dilivered in our hospital from July of 2010 to July of 2012.128 pregnant women who were screened and diagnosed as gestational diabetes mellitus were allocated to three groups: Group A : 58 pregnant women were able to control their blood glucose up to the ideal level through diet combined with exercise; Group B: through diet and exercise, 45 pregnant women were not able to control their blood glucose, but they maintained their blood glucose at the ideal level by insulin treatment; Group C: 25 pregnant women who were not able to control their blood glucose ideally since they did not follow the doctors advice.Collect and comparative analysis on maternal and perinatal complications matters of three groups.
