　　[Objective]Screening and Identification of the Primary Bacterium from the WIC preparation.[Methods]It is used the method of pure culture,Selected 6 main strains,which were obvious difference in the shape、 color、 Gramstain and so on common characteristic.6 strains serial numbers are: WIC1、 WIC2d、 WIC2x、 WIC3d、 WIC4x、 WIC5.[Results]Through 16SrDNA to clarify the bacteriums classified status.The result shows that WIC1 is Bacillus.;Wic2d is Oceanobacillus sojae strain (JQ653270.1);WIC2x is Uncultured Ralstonia sp.(KC172192.1);WIC3d is Ochrobactrum anthropi strain(KC252888.1);WIC4x is Paenibacillus sp.(JF274934.1);WIC5 is Bacillus.[Conclusion]This study provides a theoretical basis for the development of WIC storage and preparation of microbial risk assessment.
