Objectives: In order to explore the contrasting salt-stress responses of two rice varieties,the physiological responses and biochemical responses were investigated using proteomics and classical biochemical methods.Results: The results showed that the seedling growth was inhibited under salt condition in the two rice varieties,such as leaves wilting and browning.
