　　Nucleotides play vital roles in a series of physiological activates including cellular signalling transductions,posttranslational protein modifications,and DNA replication and transcription.During the past decade,we designed and synthesized a number of nucleotide mimics in order to study and simulate physiological functions of natural nucleotides.
