噪声易感受问题的探索

在噪声防治工作中,我们发现有少数人对噪声特别敏感。与同样噪声环境中,这些较他人更早更快产生听力损伤,甚至听觉外系统者,通常称之为“噪声易感者”。一般认为,噪声易感者的发展是严重噪声聋,因而是防治工作中的重点对象。究竟两者关系是否如此?易感者的发生发展规律如何?目前国内有关专题研究报道尚少。我们通过实验室和现场相结合的方法对该问题进行探索研究。 In noise control work, we found that a few people are particularly sensitive to noise. In the same noisy environment, these produce hearing impairments earlier and faster than others, even in the extra-auditory systems, often referred to as “noise-susceptible.” It is generally believed that the development of noise-prone people is severe noise and deafness and therefore is the key target in prevention and control work. Whether the relationship between the two is so? What is the occurrence and development of susceptible how? At present, there are still few reports on the topic. We explored the issue through a combination of laboratory and field methods.
