In this talk we will report some recent advances in ˉnite element analysis of electro- maganetics in metamaterials.The stability properties,optimal error estimates and superconvergence are considered for various fully discrete schemes.Numerical tests are presented both for theoretical justiˉcation and some typical phenomenon such as cloaking,backward wave propagation etc.
