:
对电子束焊接后的Ti-22Al-25Nb/TC11双合金盘进行了近等温锻造,并对焊后退火及近等温锻造+梯度熟处理的双合金焊缝区组织特征及室温拉伸性能进行了对比分析.研究结果表明:焊后退火的Ti-22Al-25Nb/TC11双合金盘焊缝区粗大的铸态组织在近等温锻造过程中得到明显的细化,TC11侧基体转变为混合组织,Ti-22Al-25Nb侧基体变化不大;在近等温锻造和梯度热处理后的双合金盘室温拉伸力
