基于某中型SUV产品悬架参数建立了前、后悬架多体模型,按K&C台架测试结果进行模型校核.然后通过DOE分析研究了各个衬套刚度对悬架C特性的敏感性,找到了最影响悬架C特性的敏感衬套.最后,部分悬架C特性指标的对比性仿真分析验证了DOE分析结果的正确性.
