Background Right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) has been encouraged as an altemative pacing site to avoid long-time detrimental effect induced by right ventricular apical (RVA) pacing, but there hasnt been definitely evidence on the benefit of RVOT pacing.This study aimed to evaluate the long-term impact of RVOT vs RVA pacing on cardiac function and synchrony.
