  Rehmannia glutinosa processed samples were collected for hyperspectral spectroscopy(HSI)test,using continuous wavelet transform(CWT)of the original hyperspectral spectral data of noise filtering and background deduction,and independent component analysis is performed on the mixed signal(ICA),extraction which can show pure group independent group of spectral characteristics of contour points(IC)information,according to IC characteristic peaks and the processing of relative intensity changes that changes in the processing of specific components,combining with characteristics of a map of hyperspectral,provide new ways of determining Radix Rehmanniae process characterization and end..
