目的：测定慢性HBV感染者外周血CD8+T淋巴细胞中TLR9、CD38、CD95、HLA-DR分子的表达，分析CD8+T细胞TLR9的表达及其与CD38、CD95、HLA-DR表达的相关性，探究慢性HBV感染中CD8+T淋巴细胞TLR9的表达水平与意义。
