体细胞重编程是研究细胞命运转变机理的重要模型，也有着重要的再生医学应用前景。我们从优化体细胞重编程环境入手，研究细胞外环境对体细胞重编程过程的表观遗传调控机理，发现诱导过程中组蛋白H3K9甲基化是重编程的一个主要障碍，胞外信号可以通过调控H3K9甲基化从而影响重编程过程；此外我们还发现DNA胞嘧啶甲基加氧酶Tet1在重编程中的功能受到维生素C调节，从促进作用转变为抑制作用。未来我们将继续应用体细胞
