近年来,随着全球化与城市化的影响,黄土高原干旱区的人居环境建设逐渐进入了一个新的阶段,通过集水遣绿、产业调整、村镇建设等措施,快速城市化进程下的黄土高原干旱区的人居环境确有一定改善;然而基于风景园林学角度,依旧存在相当的问题,如景观环境破坏、水土流失加剧、人文地域摒弃等.本文以水绿双赢的三元论及景观生态人居主义为理论基础,本着扬长避短的原则,从宏观、中观及微观层面,提出风景园林学角度的应对策略。
