陕西省南部普通油茶有小红桃、红桃、红球、青球、青桃、倒卵形、橄榄形、珍珠形、金钱形和桔形等十个类型。其中小红桃为秋分籽,鲜果出籽率40.7％,鲜籽出仁率64.2％,种仁含油率48％,种子含油32％,开花和果实成熟比其它类型早半个月,是个比较优良的类型。1980年以来我们对陕西小红桃油脂累积动态作了研究。
There are ten types of common camellia in southern Shaanxi province including small red peach, red peach, red ball, green ball, peach, obovate, olive, pearl, money and orange. Among them, the small red peach is autumn seed, 40.7% fresh fruit, 64.2% fresh seed kernel, seed kernel oil content of 48%, seed oil 32%, flowering and fruit ripening than other types of early half months, is a relatively good type. Since 1980, we have made a research on the cumulative dynamic of Shaanxi small red peach oil.
