In medical fields,pharmacokinetic detection and synergistic effects of multiple drugs have cost researches lots of time and effort.While,actually,combination of novel microfluidic platform and detection technology can extremely simplify the similar experimental procedures.In our work,absorption and metabolism of 6MP and MMI were monitored in HeLa cells by label-free SERS tracking in microfluidic platform.The pharmacokinetic activity of drugs is discussed and indicates that 6MP is converted into antitumor-active metabolite or excreted rapidly and MMI remains in cytoplasm for more than 20 h.Moreover,a well-designed microfluidic platform is made by PDMS and contains two microarrays of cell chambers,two gradient generators and several pneumatic valves.6MP and MMI were infused and absorbed by HeLa and SKBR3 after mixing flow with PBS in the platform.
