一、引言农业是国民经济的基础,实现农业及农村经济的可持续发展,是全面落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求;农业又是高风险、低效益的弱质产业,其产业化经营和市场化发展对农业保险提出了迫切需求。
I. Introduction Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy. To achieve sustainable development of agriculture and rural economy is a necessary requirement for the full implementation of the scientific concept of development and building a harmonious socialist society. Agriculture is a weak industry with high risk and low efficiency. Industrialization and market-oriented development put forward urgent needs for agricultural insurance.
