Sertraline combined with desensitization training for treatment of premature ejaculation

　　Objective:To assess the clinical efficacy of Sertraline and pharmacotherapy combined with desensitization training for treatment of premature ejaculation (PE).Methods:A total of 50 male outpatients from south China who were more than 18 yr of age and in a stable monogamous relationship for 6 months were eligible if they met the ISSM criteria for PE.They were divided randomly into two equal groups.One is the pharmacotherapy group that was given 50mg of Sertraline daily for 4 weeks.
