【摘 要】
：
目的:探讨分析彩色多普勒超声在乳腺炎诊断中的价值.方法:回顾分析2011年3月～2013年11月56例经手术病理证实及穿刺病理证实浆细胞性乳腺炎患者41例,其中1例合并乳腺导管原位癌,2例合并非典型乳腺增生,另外15例为单纯性乳腺炎.将各种乳腺炎声像图特征,病变位置、形态、边缘、导管扩张与管壁回声、彩色多普勒血流频谱进行分析比较.患者均为女性,年龄27-65周岁,平均年龄(42.3±12.8)岁.

目的:探讨分析彩色多普勒超声在乳腺炎诊断中的价值.方法:回顾分析2011年3月～2013年11月56例经手术病理证实及穿刺病理证实浆细胞性乳腺炎患者41例,其中1例合并乳腺导管原位癌,2例合并非典型乳腺增生,另外15例为单纯性乳腺炎.将各种乳腺炎声像图特征,病变位置、形态、边缘、导管扩张与管壁回声、彩色多普勒血流频谱进行分析比较.患者均为女性,年龄27-65周岁,平均年龄(42.3±12.8)岁.结果:56例患者,共计病灶78个,浆细胞性乳腺炎患者41例,60个病灶,其中8.3％ (5/60)位于中央区,31.7 (19/60)位于周边区,60％ (36/60)位于中央区与周边区;单纯性乳腺炎患者15例,18个病灶,其中55.6％ (10/18)位于中央区,16.7 (3/18)位于周边区,27.8％ (3/18)位于中央区与周边区.浆细胞性乳腺炎与单纯性乳腺炎病灶大小不一,形态不规则,边缘轮廓模糊不清.
