Purpose:Collecting wide range of information on client is an essential part of care management process.However,care managers do not always collect all information items which they should.This study aims to clarify the relationship between to what extent the care managers consider a particular information item on client is important (the degree of importance),and to what extent the managers actually collecting them (the degree of the achievement).
