近年来,随着人口老龄化加剧,心脑血管疾病高发,已成为世界第一大疾病,被称为"人类第一杀手"[1].葛根素由于在该方面具有良好的药理作用,受到极大关注,但是由于葛根素脂溶性和水溶性均较差,口服不易吸收,生物利用度低,而目前临床常用葛根素注射剂存在需要频繁给药,患者顺应性差、不良反应多等问题,且心血管疾病作为一种老年病、慢性病,不适宜注射给药,因此本研究自制葛根素凝胶膏剂,采用Franz 扩散池进行体外透皮实验,以建立葛根素外用制剂体外透皮接受液中葛根素的HPLC 测定方法,为开发葛根素新制剂提供一定依据.
