  目前,在大型激光装置上已经建立了比较完整的ICF物理诊断平台。本文将着重介绍大型激光装置上通用X射线分幅照相机、高灵敏度X射线分幅照相机和脉冲展宽X射线照相机的研制。同时,将介绍脉冲展宽X射线照相机的关键技术。分析混合互补金属氧化物半导体(hCMOS)和微通道板(MCP)漂移管的优缺点。同时介绍Kirkpatrick Baez(KB)显微镜的标定和实验结果。分析Wolter显微镜的关键技术,详细分析影响成像分辨率和景深的问题。同时,介绍一种新型的传输带通技术。从基本原理、标定结果和实验结果等方面介绍该技术的优点。
