ACTIVE EFFECT OF BACTERIOSTASIS AND PERISTALTIC INHIBITION ON RUBUS CORCHORIFOLIUS LEAVES

　　Rubus corchorifolius is deciduous shrub of rubus plant,which is used as antidiarrhea drug,in possession of a high medical value.Active components of Rubus corchorifolius leaves were extracted by three different solvent which were 80% ethanol,water and petrolic ether,and then the active components was detected by K-B paper and the isolated intestine of rabbits.The results showed that:(1) 80% ethanol extraction of Rubus corchorifolius leaves had stronger bacteriostasis on Escherichia coil Staphylococcus aureus and Shigella dysenteroae,but water extraction had weak bacteriostasis and petrolic ether extraction had no bacteriostasis.
