Tunable diode laser spectroscopy (TDLAS) is,by now,a mature diagnostic technique for application to combusting flows.A sensor based on TDLAS was constructed for non-intrusive temperature and velocity measurement in the combustor of scramjet.Successful experiments were performed in the combustor of scramjet using direct absorption wavelength scanned method at a 10KHz scan rate,and effective data were collected from engine ignition to power-off.In this paper,testing results of temperature and velocity measurement are presented for the Ma 4 and 5 flight conditions.
