焊缝对钢制车轮弯曲应力的影响

某些型号的钢制车轮在弯曲疲劳试验中，轮辋与轮辐之间的焊缝易产生疲劳裂纹，导致车轮破坏。以往对钢制车轮进行强度分析时，多不考虑轮辋与轮辐之间的焊缝结构，将轮辋与轮辐直接处理成绑定约束，这种简化处理导致对车轮进行应力仿真计算时，难以考虑轮辋与轮辐间的过盈应力，且无法获得焊缝处的应力分布状况。
