Objective To explore the expression of C5b-9 in skeletal muscle of patients with necrotizing myopathy, and investigate the contribution of C5b-9 in pathological changes of muscle fiber and blood vessels.Methods 1.muscle biopsy was performed in all the 13 necrotizing myopathy patients2.using enzymohistochemistry and immunohistochemistry methods to detect the expression of C5b-9 in each skeletal muscle of patients with necrotizing myopathy.
