  The nematode C.elegans is a prominent model organism used in a wide range of biological study,for example,aging[1].But the usual aging study is low-throughput,tedious,and difficult to monitor the aging process of single worm.Microfluidic chip is a potent platform for C.elegans study in the recent years,moreover manipulation of single worm[2] is realized,and imaging of C.elegans[3,4] is achieved simply in many studies.However,the long-term culture of C.elegans on microfluidic chip is the primary problem to solve until now.
