Several diseases of the posterior segment of the eye such as posterior uveitis, age-related macular degeneration (AMD), proliferative diabetic retinopathy and etc were leading causes for vision impairment and blindness.Over past few years, ocular administration of triamcinolone acetonide (TA) is a promising procedure for treatment of these diseases.However, the extremely water insoluble property and repeated administration was the major problem for clinical applications.
