　　In this talk,we will discuss the following Schrodinger-Poisson equation {-Δμ+λν(x)μ+K(x)Φμ=|μ|p-2μ,x∈R3,| -ΔΦ=K(x)μ2,x∈R3,The existence and concentration of nontrivial solutions will be given under suitable assumptions on the potentials V(x) and K(x) via variational method.
