H2O2-H2A引发棉接枝PNIPAAm温敏改性研究

以过氧化氢-抗坏血酸(H2O2-H2A)为引发剂,采用溶液自由基接枝聚合法将N-异丙基丙烯酰胺接枝到棉纤维上,制得接枝棉(CF-g-PNIPAAm).讨论了引发剂浓度对接枝棉的接枝率和温敏性的影响.结果表明:随着引发剂浓度的增加,接枝率先升高后降低,随后趋于平缓;H2O2为0.06mol/L,H2A为0.036mol/L,单体为0.6mol/L时获得最高接枝率(21.1wt%)的接枝棉;接枝棉的低临界溶解温度(LCST)在33℃左右,且具有温敏亲/疏水性.
