　　Cultivation of innovative talents with a solid theoretical foundation and strong ability to adapt to industry development practical is a severe challenge that the information specialty must face to.The requirements and drawbacks in cultivating information specialty innovative personnel are analyzed and the training pattern adapt to our school is put forward.The thesis explored the enrollment means in the light of information specialty, the cultivation mode of multidisciplinary penetration "thick foundation, heavy applications, a wide field of view", formulated the experiment, practice, competitions Trinity personnel training system and built three-dimensional teaching system which take teaching platform to lay a solid foundation, practice platform to improve comprehensive ability and innovative platform to develop the personality and enhance the innovation capacity so that the quality of personnel training can be continuously improved.
