Question: The author observes astounding improvements of systemic complaints after cleaning pain free edentulous areas of the jaw.These areas are defined by fatty-degenerative osteonecrosis of cancellous bone (NICO).Improving complaints include rheumatic,neuralgic,allergic,inflammatory and other systemic diseases.
