The studies of highly charged ions Arq+ interacting with metals

　　Using the computer simulation, some new methods of the interaction of highly charged ions Arq+ with metals (Au, Ag) are used and verified in the present work.Based on the classical over barrier model, we discussed the Promotion loss and Peeling off processes.The simulated total potential electron yields agree well with the experiment data in incident energy ranging from 100eV to 5keV and all charge states of Arq+.
