实验研究了1500℃和H2O/H2=2.50×10(-3)下,CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-TiO2和CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-TiO2炉渣中TiO2和Ti2O3之间的反应过程,得到了Ti2O3含量与时间的线性关系和表观反应速率常数,认为该反应过程为准零级;同时估算了Ti2O3与TiO2的扩散系数比(表观传质系数比),认为TiO2和Ti2O3的扩散系数相近,整个过程以二者的互扩散为限制环节。
The reaction between TiO2 and Ti2O3 in CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-TiO2 and CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-TiO2 slag at 1500 ℃ and H2O / H2 = 2.50 × 10 (-3) The linear relationship between Ti2O3 content and time and the apparent reaction rate constant are considered.
