　　Objective:In the basis of safety evaluation of applying hydrochloric acid combined with radiofrequency ablation(HRFA)to rabbits livers,we evaluate the safety of HRFA in treating medium and large hepatocellular carcinoma through clinical observation,hematology test and imaging examination.
