Refinery is of vital importance for a society, which provides the basic energy and material for economic development.As an effective tool to improve the profit and reduce energy consumption,the refinery scheduling optimization has drawn more and more research interest.The current researches only focus on scheduling optimization itself and dont well handle the difficulty of scheduling model formulation.
