采用不同含量的氰酸酯(CE)改性环氧树脂(EP)并制备了CE/EP/有机粘土(OMMT)三元纳米复合材料,利用红外光谱(FTIR)、透射电镜(TEM)表征了其共固化过程和微观结构,测试了力学性能。结果表明,有机粘土(OMMT)的加入不影响CE/EP的固化过程,OMMT片层在三元纳米复合材料中呈现良好的插层/解离结构。当OMMT质量分数为3%时,少量CE(5 phr)改性的三元纳米复合材料的冲击强度可达42.4 kJ/m2,相对于纯EP提高32%,弯曲强度和热稳定性也可以得到提高。
The epoxy resin (EP) was modified by different content of cyanate ester (CE), and CE / EP / OMMT ternary nanocomposites were prepared and characterized by FTIR and TEM Its co-curing process and microstructure were tested for mechanical properties.
