高原低氧、冷复合因素对大鼠血管内皮细胞的损伤作用及其防治研究

  目的:低氧、冷是高原环境中影响人类健康的主要因素;血管内皮是易受到以上因素损伤的部位,内皮细胞的功能紊乱能够直接影响高原特发性疾病的发生进展;而逆转内皮细胞的功能紊乱可成为防治高原环境因素损伤疾病的重要策略。本研究在建立的模拟高原低氧、冷复合因素内皮细胞损伤整体和细胞实验模型上,探讨低氧、冷单因素及二者复合因素对大鼠血管内皮细胞的损伤规律;进而研究靶向ATP敏感性钾通道防治血管内皮细胞低氧、冷复合损伤的作用。
