Objectives The aim of this study is to validate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic gastrectomy for early and advanced stage gastric cancer in terms of Short-and Long-Term Outcomes Methods We reviewed collected data from 1141 patients with gastric cancer between January 2011 and December 2015 and compared the short-and long-term outcomes in the patients who underwent laparoscopic or open radical gastrectomy.
