[目的]研究腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复小腿及足踝部皮肤缺损的疗效。[方法]创面彻底清创后,量取皮肤缺损布样,设计皮瓣要比创面扩大20%,若患者较肥胖则视情况而定,以外踝上5-7cm处为皮瓣蒂的旋转点,以跟腱与外踝尖连线中点至胭窝中点连线为皮瓣轴线,切取面为两侧不超过小腿侧中线,近端达胭窝下,远端最好不超过外踝上5cm,解剖层面为深筋膜层,逆行转移皮瓣覆盖足背、两踝部及足跟部皮肤缺损致深部组织外露的创
目的 报道应用改良式拇指再造修复拇指Ⅲ~Ⅳ度缺损的临床效果。方法 应用足第一趾甲瓣与去除末节趾骨的第二趾支架及动力组合,修复拇指度Ⅲ~Ⅳ度缺损再造拇指,重建拇指功能。结果 再造拇指全部成活,术后进行3~24个月随访,再造的拇指与健侧拇指相似,指甲、皮纹生长良好,外形和功能均满意。结论 改良式拇指再造在功能和外观上都能满足患者的要求,手术简便、实用,可以作为拇指Ⅲ~Ⅳ度缺损常用修复方法 。
目的 探讨不同类型小腿内侧交腿皮瓣联合外固定器在修复小腿及踝、足部复杂创面的应用。 方法 自2000年2月-2013年10月,我们对32例小腿复杂创面的患者,采用对侧不同类型组织蒂的小腿内侧皮瓣,移位至患侧修复难治性小腿及踝、足部软组织缺损及骨外露,切取面积(15cm×8cm)~(25cm×15 cm)。 结果 各类皮瓣成活,皮瓣及供肢血运良好,创面修复成功。
