利用嗜水气单胞菌-ISCOMs疫苗口服或注射免疫欧鳗,分别于口服后第21天、注射免疫后第1、7、8、14、和第21天采集欧鳗前、中、后肠,石蜡制片,并经HE和AB-PAS染色显示肠上皮内淋巴细胞和杯状细胞数量。结果显示,两种免疫方式均能不同程度提高肠道上皮内淋巴细胞和杯状细胞数量;血清抗体效价检测结果显示,口服和注射免疫后,欧鳗血清中均能产生较高的抗体效价,且注射后效价高于口服免疫。
