　　Backgrounds and Objectives Accurate prediction of the sustained virological response (SVR) of antiviral therapy against chronic hepatitis B (CHB) is still a key problem needing profound investigation.In recent years,hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) quantification as a potent predictor of SVR and an ideal endpoint of treatment has caused increasing attention.
