微机动态轨道衡具有科技含量高、技术复杂、难度大等特点.动态轨道衡是由机械台面、传感器、通道和微机软件四大部分组成,锦化1994年选择了苏州仪表元件厂的通道和微机软件对深基坑双台面动态轨道衡进行技术改造,实现了检定准确度等级由原来0.5级升到0.2级,1995年复检准确度等级也是0.2级.1996年、1997年,锦化总结了动态轨道衡跟踪维护操作规程,实现了至今连续四年,国家轨道衡总站的准确度等级为0.2级的年度检定.
